Bryce Cormack is a trial lawyer whose civil litigation practice focuses on the resolution of commercial disputes, including contract claims, business torts, and debtor-creditor disputes, in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations. He represents clients through all phases of litigation, with an emphasis on conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues and helping develop litigation strategy, preparing discovery responses, reviewing and analyzing discovery, and drafting pleadings and motions.
Bryce earned his bachelor’s degree in agribusiness, with a minor in law and legal studies, from Oklahoma State University and is a member of the firm’s Agriculture & Equine Industry Group, where he represents agriculture producers in federal crop insurance disputes, landowners in real estate litigation, and agricultural entities in general business disputes. His experience in this area is informed by a deep personal connection to agriculture and experience being raised on and involved heavily in a family commercial cow-calf operation located in northwestern Oklahoma. Growing up involved in agriculture provided him with firsthand knowledge of the business, operational, and regulatory challenges facing agricultural producers and ranchers.
The Oklahoma native earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal, received four American Jurisprudence Awards for academic achievement, and was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society and the Ag Law Association. Bryce distinguished himself in numerous moot court and negotiation competitions, including winning the national 2025 California Sports Lawyer Competition and the OU Law 1L Moot Court Competition, and was selected for inclusion in the Order of the Barristers.
In his free time, Bryce enjoys hunting, watching college football, and working on his family’s farm and ranch.
