Carrie M. Petty

Carrie Petty provides comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys whose practices encompass the areas of real estate, economic development and business incentives, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex business transactions and related financing.

Carrie began her legal career in 2000 and worked as a legal secretary, legal assistant, and paralegal at law firms in Boston, Chicago, Kansas City, and Oklahoma City before joining McAfee & Taft in 2014. Her breadth of experience includes work in the areas of civil litigation and mediation, tax and estate planning, financial services law, and real estate and business transactions.

Prior to working exclusively in the field of law, she worked as an administrative clerk for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and a large Oklahoma-based healthcare system.
