Daniela Delgado is a bilingual paralegal who provides comprehensive legal support to attorneys engaged in all facets of intellectual property law, with a specific emphasis on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing agreements, and copyrights. Her responsibilities include preparing all types of documents used in connection with the preparation and filing of patent applications, trademark clearance, registration and maintenance, copyright registration, and intellectual property litigation. She also works closely with the firm’s network of foreign associates in connection with international applications.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft, Daniela worked as a senior operations and compliance executive for a multinational marketing company, a litigation claims specialist for a leading U.S.-based insurance company, a bilingual field interviewer for a global research company, and a foreign license verification registry program assistant and an aircraft registry program assistant for the Federal Aviation Administration.
Daniela holds bachelor’s degrees in international studies and sociology/criminology and a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma. She is pursuing a second master’s degree in grant writing, management and evaluation from Concordia University Chicago.
