As a paralegal for McAfee & Taft’s worldwide aircraft financing, title and registration practice, Danielle Morse works directly with the firm’s aviation attorneys to ensure their clients’ interests in aircraft, engines and helicopters are protected and in compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration procedures and the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Aircraft Protocol. Her responsibilities include preparing aircraft and engine records for review, corresponding with involved parties to resolve document issues, drafting documents, and verifying recorded instruments have been posted by the FAA to the proper aircraft, engine and propeller records.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2014, Danielle worked as a legal assistant for a firm in Oklahoma City where she was in charge of more than 400 accounts as well as the overall workflow and production of the department. She has experience in preparing affidavits and other court-related documents and pleadings. Her prior work experience also includes working as an office assistant for a local hospital, where her responsibilities included monitoring and preparing patient information for doctor review before medical procedures. She is HIPAA certified.
