
A career legal professional since 1997, DeAnna Copp provides paralegal support to corporate and business attorneys who are engaged in a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, entity selection and formation, contract negotiations and review, corporate governance and compliance, transaction financing, securities offerings, business and transaction taxation, and real estate transactions.
DeAnna began her career as a legal secretary for a large Oklahoma-based firm in 1997 and later worked as a legal assistant and paralegal at a number of small and medium-sized firms in both Oklahoma and Spokane, Washington, before joining McAfee & Taft in 2023. Over the years, she has developed experience in the fields of corporate and securities, real estate, banking, employee benefits, estate planning, aviation, and real estate law, as well as insurance defense litigation, family law litigation, and general civil litigation.
DeAnna holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Rose State College.
