
Dianna McCaulla brings more than 20 years of business experience, much of it concentrated in matters related to the handling and documentation of financial transactions, to her role as a paralegal for the firm’s Aviation Group. Her responsibilities include preparing aircraft closing instruments for filing and recordation with the Federal Aviation Administration, reviewing and compiling FAA records for outstanding/resolved title and lien issues, corresponding with involved parties to resolve document issues, and verifying recorded instruments have been posted by the FAA to the proper aircraft, engine and propeller records.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2003, most of Dianna’s career experience was concentrated in the mortgage lending industry. Over the course of 12 years, she served in a variety of roles, including loan specialist, loan documentation review manager, supervisor of records and information services, computer technician and quality control and loan processing auditor. She has also owned and managed her own company. Most recently, she worked as a legal assistant in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial transactions for another Oklahoma City firm before putting her expertise and skills to work for McAfee & Taft.
