Beth Attaway is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice is focused on the resolution of a broad range of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial and business disputes, real estate and construction disputes, banking litigation, and business torts, in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitration proceedings. Her work is focused on providing comprehensive, effective counsel to clients throughout the litigation lifecycle — from discovery and pre-trial motions to trial advocacy and settlement negotiations.
Beth’s career experience also includes advising clients on business entity formation and partnering, employment law matters and related litigation, and trade secret protection.
Beth graduated summa cum laude with her undergraduate degree in strategic communications from Oklahoma State University and her Juris Doctor from University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, she was named a Dean’s Leadership Fellow, award the Alan & Anita Holloway Scholarship and the Cecil L. Hunt Memorial Scholarship, and earned American Jurisprudence Awards for academic excellence in Oral Advocacy, Technology in Law Practice, and Professional Responsibility. She also worked as a full-time judicial extern to Justice Noma Gurich of the Oklahoma Supreme Court for two years.
Prior to entering law school, Beth worked in the marketing and nonprofit industries for nearly nine years.
