Rudy Hiersche is a veteran attorney with more than 50 years of experience representing clients in broad range of commercial law and litigation matters, with particular emphasis on disputes involving secured transactions, lease and property foreclosures, debtor and creditor rights, and bankruptcy. He has particularly extensive experience representing commercial banks and leasing companies in the negotiation, enforcement, and defense of secured commercial lending.
Rudy is admitted to practice in all federal bankruptcy courts in Oklahoma, as well as courts in Arkansas, Delaware, Florida and Texas, and has represented individuals and various legal entities in a myriad of debtor and creditor bankruptcy matters over the course of his career.
Rudy also advises clients on commercial real estate leases and construction project transactions and litigates construction-related disputes.
