Bio overview
Gregg Eichner’s practice focuses on advising clients on all aspects of corporate transactions. Gregg has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, chartering new institutions, financial institution branch sales, corporate transactions, franchising (both franchisor and franchisee issues), securities offerings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. His financial institution clients include state and national banks of various sizes, bank holding companies, savings banks and trust companies.
