Haley Hamilton is a trial and appellate lawyer whose federal and state civil litigation practice encompasses a broad range of complex business disputes, including cases involving the defense of professionals against liability claims, the protection of landowners’ rights in condemnation and eminent domain proceedings and the maximization of “just compensation” due to them, and the representation of clients in a myriad of real estate disputes.
The Texas native graduated cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in communications from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2022 and went on to graduate magna cum laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2025. While pursuing her Juris Doctor, she served as president of Phi Delta Phi honor society, staff editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, and earned four CALI Awards for academic excellence. Haley was named to the Order of the Barristers and served as team captain for the OCU American Bar Association appellate advocacy team, competing both in 2024 and 2025. She also worked as an Academic Fellow for Civil Procedure and Evidence at her law school and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Shon T. Erwin, magistrate judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Haley lives in Moore, Oklahoma, with her husband, Chase. They both love dogs and have a pomeranian named Luna and a beagle named Obi-wan Pawnobi.
