Hannah O'Keefe

Hannah O’Keefe is a paralegal and certified legal professional whose practice is focused primarily on providing comprehensive legal support to trial lawyers engaged in a broad range of business-related civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as commercial arbitration. Her responsibilities, which focus on dispute resolution from inception to conclusion, include conducting research, coordinating and responding to discovery requests, maintaining case files, drafting and filing pleadings, docketing and scheduling, preparing and organizing documents and exhibits, and assisting attorneys at trial.
Hannah also provides paralegal support to the firm’s intellectual property lawyers by preparing and filing trademark applications, responses and renewals, as well as copyright applications; coordinating and preparing documents for intellectual property litigation in both federal court and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; preparing and reviewing intellectual property agreements; and handling research projects relating to all aspects of intellectual property law.
Hannah earned both her accredited legal professional (ALP) and certified legal professional (PLS/CLP) certifications through the National Association of Legal Assistants.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2021, the Oklahoma native worked as a litigation paralegal at several boutique law firms specializing in family law and criminal defense for five years.
