
Holly Greer is a paralegal who provides legal support to trial lawyers engaged in a broad range of civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance and complex business and commercial disputes. Her responsibilities include conducting research, preparing and filing pleadings, drafting communications, scheduling and summarizing depositions, docketing, coordinating and managing discovery, compiling and organizing documents and exhibits, and preparing for hearings and trial.
Holly joined McAfee & Taft in 2019, bringing with her five years of legal experience in the areas of business litigation, banking, bankruptcy, real estate transactions, entity formation, trust litigation, foreclosures, family law, and Native American law. Her prior career experience includes working as a medical transcriptionist and in the hospitality industry.
Holly received her paralegal certificate from the University of Central Oklahoma in conjunction with the Center for Legal Studies and is a member of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants. Prior to her legal studies, she studied business communication and management at the University of Central Oklahoma.
