Since 1995, Janet Bennett has served as a Federal Aviation Administration paralegal for the firm’s Aviation Group. By working on-site at the FAA headquarters in Oklahoma City, she is able to research FAA files, order records, and handle all the necessary documentation associated with aircraft title and financing transactions in the most expedient manner possible. She also serves as a communications liaison between the FAA and the firm’s Aviation Group, keeping them informed and updated on the latest administrative procedures affecting our clients.
Janet earned a bachelor’s degree in social work, with an emphasis in music therapy, from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to joining McAfee & Taft, she gained valuable sales and customer service experience by working as a sales manager for Borden, Inc. and as a territorial sales representative for a major graphic arts dealer for more than 10 years.
Janet is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association, the Palomino Horse Breeders of America and other related industry organizations. She has been a circuit champion and futurity winner of multiple AQHA and PHBA events, and in 2001 she was named the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Association State Champion.Download Bio (PDF)
