
As a member of the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources Group, Jessica DeLoera provides comprehensive paralegal support for attorneys whose practices are concentrated on resolving complex energy, oil and gas disputes at the state, federal, and appellate levels. Her primary responsibilities, which focus on trial preparation from inception to conclusion, include case management, document review and management, conducting research, coordinating and responding to discovery requests, scheduling and summarizing depositions, preparing and filing pleadings, docketing, preparing and organizing documents and exhibits for trial, and providing assistance to attorneys at trial.
Jessica holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Rose State College and began her career in the legal industry in 2014.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft, she worked as a staff supervisor and legal assistant for a multi-state firm specializing in defense litigation, a litigation paralegal for two Oklahoma-based firms, and the alternative dispute resolution coordinator for an Oklahoma City firm specializing in complex litigation, mediation and arbitration. She also has five years of experience working in retail management and customer service.
Jessica is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants.
