As chief financial officer, John Litke oversees the financial and accounting functions of the firm and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, operational analysis, internal controls, and tax information reporting. He also provides financial reports and analysis to the chief operating officer and board of directors to assist in strategic planning and decision-making and oversees general office operations.
John holds a bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant. Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2000, he worked as a tax accountant with Price Waterhouse from 1985 to 1991 and as the legal administrator for another Oklahoma City-based law firm for nine years.
John is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Legal Administrators.
