
Karlen Parsamian is a business lawyer whose transactional and counseling practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and business matters, including business entity formation and organization, mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, transaction financing, general corporate governance and regulatory matters, and contract drafting, review and negotiations. He also represents clients in a broad range of transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, exchange, leasing, financing, and development of real estate.
Before joining McAfee & Taft, Karlen worked as a law clerk for a California-based business law firm specializing in business and real estate transactions and related litigation. During law school at the University of Pennsylvania, he served as a law student counselor for startup companies at the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. While at Penn Law, Karlen worked as a private equity due diligence fellow for Keiretsu Forum, a global investment community of accredited angel investors, venture capitalists, and corporate/institutional investors. He also graduated with a certificate of business management from the Wharton Business School and is fluent in Armenian.
Prior to entering law school, Karlen worked as a commercial and residential real estate broker for a California-based international real estate company.
