Bio overview

Lacey Stevenson is a tax attorney whose practice encompasses the areas of tax and family wealth focusing on wealth transfer tax planning for high net worth families and individuals, business planning for closely held family businesses, estate and trust administration, business entity formation, and the formation and administration of tax-exempt organizations. She also represents clients in proceedings before the Oklahoma Tax Commission and advises companies on a broad range of corporate and general business matters, including choice of entity, reorganizations and dissolutions.

Lacey graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 and magna cum laude from the Baylor University School of Law in 2016, where she served as an articles editor of the Baylor Law Review, was named to the Order of the Barristers and was a member of the Baylor Law Public Interest Society and Interscholastic Moot Court Team.
