Lisa D. Jahnel is a paralegal whose practice is focused primarily on providing comprehensive legal support to trial lawyers engaged in a broad range of business-related civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as commercial arbitration. Her responsibilities, which focus on dispute resolution from inception to conclusion, include conducting research, coordinating and responding to discovery requests, maintaining case files, drafting and filing pleadings, docketing and scheduling, coordinating with consulting experts and fact witnesses, preparing and organizing documents and demonstrative exhibits, and assisting attorneys at trial.

Lisa holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Amarillo College and an E-Discovery Executive Certificate from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists and is currently a candidate for certification as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist.  She is also a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Oklahoma Paralegal Association, Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, and Women in E-Discovery.

The Texas native began her legal career in 2003 and has substantial experience working for law firms in Oklahoma and Texas as a paralegal in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury and tort litigation, products and premises liability, trucking and transportation litigation, health care litigation, and environmental liability.
