Logan Bertelli is transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of business and corporate matters and is focused on the representation of clients of all sizes operating in the oil and gas and renewable energy industries, including oil and gas exploration and production companies, oilfield service companies, midstream pipeline and transportation companies, and developers of wind farms and other renewable and sustainable energy projects.
In addition to advising energy clients on day-to-day operational and liability matters, Logan’s practice involves drafting and negotiating asset purchase and sale agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, joint operating agreements, master service agreements, drilling contracts, surface damage agreements, supply agreements, and distribution agreements.
Logan’s achievements have earned her inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (energy law; oil and gas law) and in Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ list of “Oklahoma Rising Stars,” which recognizes the state’s up-and-coming attorneys.
While in law school, Logan also served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Judge Robert L. Hudson of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2022, Logan served as assistant general counsel of a publicly traded Texas-based financial services company for two years.
