Maria Gutierrez is a bilingual paralegal who provides legal support to trial lawyers engaged in a broad range of civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance disputes, product liability defense, mass torts, class actions, and other complex business litigation. Her responsibilities include preparing and filing pleadings, drafting communications, scheduling depositions, docketing, compiling and organizing documents and exhibits, and preparing for hearings and trial.
Maria joined McAfee & Taft in 2020, bringing with her 13 years of legal experience working for a boutique litigation firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and more than 20 years of diverse customer service experience working in Arkansas and the Tulsa metropolitan area.
