Matt Peace is a civil litigator who represents financial institutions, businesses and property owners in a wide range of commercial disputes. His practice includes banking litigation, bankruptcy and creditor rights, eminent domain, probate matters and related business litigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Matt advises financial institutions on banking operations and risk management, including the development and revision of banking agreements, internal policies and operating procedures.
An Oklahoma City native, Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 and graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023. While in law school, he served on the staff of the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal and received the America Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in Contracts.
