
Micah Petersen is a trial lawyer whose state and federal litigation practice encompasses the areas of complex business litigation, employment litigation, products liability, professional liability, personal injury, and insurance defense. Micah has developed hands-on experience in all aspects of civil litigation while representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of contexts, including claims for breach of contract, products liability, bad faith, fraud, personal injury, civil rights violations, and professional negligence.
Micah’s achievements have earned him inclusion in Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ list of “Oklahoma Rising Stars,” which recognizes the state’s top up-and-coming attorneys.
Micah graduated with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2014. While in law school, he served as articles research editor of the Tulsa Law Review, was named to the Order of the Curule Chair, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and received the Robert C. Butler, Jr. Award for excellence in legal scholarship and writing.
