
Nate Arrington is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice encompasses a range of business and corporate litigation, including contract disputes, complex business litigation, class actions, and antitrust, unfair competition and trade regulations disputes before state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and mediations and arbitrations.
A portion of his practice is devoted to representing management exclusively in all aspects of dispute resolution arising from the employer-employee relationship, including controversies arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act and claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination.
Nate graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in political science from Arkansas State University in 2018 and magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2021. While in law school, he served as an articles editor of the Arkansas Law Review and won Best Brief and Overall Winner in the 2021 Altheimer Moot Court Competition. He was also awarded the Judge Thomas F. Butt Legal Excellence Award in Civil Procedure and served as a legal extern with The Honorable Timothy L. Brooks of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
