Reese Charles is a corporate and transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of business and commercial matters, including business entity formation and organization, contract review and drafting, business financing, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, and merger transactions. She also advises clients on governance and compliance matters applicable to their respective businesses and industries.
As part of her real estate practice, Reese represents clients in the buying, selling, development, and financing of unimproved and improved real property, including title and survey diligence, regulatory compliance, land use issues, and the negotiation and documentation of purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements, and related real estate covenants and agreements. She also represents landlords, tenants, and property management companies in commercial leasing and subleasing transactions.
Reese graduated summa cum laude with undergraduate degrees in both international business and in marketing from Oklahoma State University in 2022 and went on to graduate with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2025. While in law school, she served on the staff of the Oil & Gas Natural Resources and Energy Journal, earned an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in Legal Research, Writing & Analysis, and was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi honor society, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Organization for the Advancement of Women in the Law, and First Generation Law Student Association.
