Riley Wren is a transactional attorney whose practice is primarily focused on employee benefits matters involving retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation. As a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, she regularly advises companies (large and small, public and private), administrators, unions, governmental entities (state, local, and tribal), and other lawyers on the compliance, administration, correction, and innovative design of employee benefit plans.
A portion of Riley’s practice is dedicated to handling a variety of corporate and business matters, including business entity selection and formation, corporate governance and compliance, contract negotiation and drafting, and business mergers.
Riley’s achievements have earned her inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (employee benefits/ERISA law).
Riley graduated with special distinction with her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2020, and with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023. While in law school, she served as assistant articles editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, was a member of the Organization for the Advancement of Women in Law, earned three American Jurisprudence Awards for academic excellence, and was named to the Order of the Coif.
Riley is an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
