Riley Wren is a transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and business matters, including real estate transactions, business entity selection and formation, corporate governance and compliance, contract negotiation and drafting, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, business mergers, transaction financing, and transaction and business taxation.
As part of her broad-based real estate transaction practice, Riley frequently represents clients in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of unimproved and improved real property. Her work in this area regularly includes conducting title and survey due diligence, as well as negotiating, drafting and reviewing purchase/sale agreements, financing documents, and related real estate covenants and agreements. Riley also represents landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing and subleasing transactions and related matters, including reviewing and drafting property management agreements.
Riley graduated with special distinction with her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023. While in law school, she served as assistant articles editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, was a member of the Organization for the Advancement of Women in Law, earned three American Jurisprudence Awards for academic excellence, and was named to the Order of the Coif. She was also the recipient of multiple scholarships.
Riley is an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
