As a member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Institutions Group, Russell Taylor primarily represents banks, agents, financial institutions, and private lenders in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities. He also advises banking clients on a broad range of business restructuring, loan workout, bankruptcy, and creditor’s rights matters.
As part of his lending services practice, Russell advises lenders in the structuring, negotiation, documentation, and modification of debt financing transactions across all industries, including energy, real estate, and construction and development.
He also has extensive experience advising financial institutions on bank regulatory and other financial regulatory matters, including compliance and other strategic regulatory decisions.
