Sam Roberts

Sam Roberts is a corporate attorney whose practice encompasses the areas of business transactions and financing, corporate and securities law, and corporate governance and compliance matters, with an emphasis on stock and asset mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and private equity and venture capital investments.

A native of Oklahoma, Sam earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and his law degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as a staff editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas and Energy Law.

Prior to joining McAfee & Taft, Sam worked as a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
