
Sandy Adams provides legal support to lawyers engaged in all facets of labor and employment law and litigation. Her responsibilities include conducting research, preparing and filing pleadings in state and federal trial and appellate courts, reviewing and organizing discovery documents, maintaining calendars and dockets, scheduling and coordinating depositions and mediations, and preparing and organizing documents and exhibits for hearings and trial.
Sandy began her legal career in 2000 as a legal secretary in Belleville, Illinois, working in the areas of corporate, civil, family and criminal litigation. Six years later, she moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she worked as a litigation legal assistant for two civil litigation firms before joining McAfee & Taft in 2020.
Sandy holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville, Illinois.
