Chambers USA honors McAfee & Taft as top-ranked firm

51 McAfee & Taft attorneys recognized as leading lawyers for business

McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma’s largest law firm, received top marks in the just-released 2012 edition of the Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, earning top rankings in the areas of corporate/commercial (including tax and healthcare), energy and natural resources, intellectual property, labor and employment, litigation and real estate law. The firm’s Native American law practice was also highly ranked. In addition, 51 of the firm’s attorneys were honored as leading lawyers in their respective practice attorneys, more than any law firm in Oklahoma.

First-time honorees included Brandon Buchanan (Litigation), Mary Quinn Cooper (Litigation), Stephen Hetrick (Real Estate), and Bill Leach (Litigation).

For the third consecutive year, two attorneys were honored in multiple categories. John A. Kenney was recognized as a leading lawyer for litigation and intellectual property, and Michael F. Lauderdale was ranked in the areas of litigation and employment law.
