While speaking at the 2016 Employee Benefit Plan Update seminar sponsored by HoganTaylor, McAfee & Taft employee benefits attorney Brandon Long reviews the U.S. Department of Labor’s new fiduciary rule as well as recent developments and trends in employee benefits plan litigation in his presentation titled “Clearing the DOL and IRS Hurdles for Employee Benefit Plans.” Topics include:
