Cole Marshall named to Oklahoma Magazine’s list of 40 Under 40

McAfee & Taft corporate attorney Cole Marshall has been named by Oklahoma Magazine to its 2017 class of 40 Under 40. The 11th annual list honors 40 of the state’s outstanding young professionals under the age of 40.

Marshall, 34, told Oklahoma Magazine that if he weren’t an attorney handling matters pertaining to real estate and other business transactions, he would be a “real estate developer, college professor or bartender … in that order.” He noted that his favorite perk of his job is “working on projects that have a material impact on my community.”

Since joining McAfee & Taft in 2009, Marshall has represented a significant number of leading public and private companies in the real estate development, healthcare, energy, hospitality, retailing, building materials, technology engineering, and technology industries. His achievements have earned him inclusion in the prestigious Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and on Oklahoma Super Lawyers‘ list of “Oklahoma Rising Stars.

Active in the community, Marshall also serves on the board of directors of Rebuilding Together OKC and is a graduate of Class VI of Leadership Oklahoma City’s LOYAL program.
