At The Podium
Corrosion and Punishment Forum
Sponsored by NACE International, CORROSION 2013 Conference & Expo is the largest worldwide gathering of engineering, technical, business and compliance company personnel and vendors involved in designing and working to protect infrastructure from corrosion. The annual event regularly attracts more than 5,000 corrosion professionals and offers attendees the opportunity to participate in a week’s worth of technical symposia, lectures and forums, and training events and to enjoy an expo featuring displays by more than 370 companies.
Chris Paul, a regulatory attorney with McAfee & Taft, is once again a featured guest panelist at the conference’s “Corrosion and Punishment Forum.” The two-hour discussion, which is moderated by NACE president Kevin Garrity, focuses attention on the legal side of corrosion management and how it can impact all levels of personnel who sign off on pipeline integrity programs designed to ensure safe operation of pipelines. Other panelists are Alan Mayberry of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) and John Clayton of Jackson Walker, LLP.
