Electronic Evidence and Discovery Seminar

In December 2006, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure were amended to include E-Discovery Guidelines.  When faced with the threat or even prospect of litigation, a company must be able to identify, preserve, and disclose relevant electronic information — stored on everything from network servers and archive systems to PDAs and cell phones — by having in place a systemized framework.  Failure to do so can not only result in heavy fines and sanctions, but also the dismissal of legal arguments and defenses in ongoing litigation.

This seminar is ideal for in-house counsel, IT professionals, and anyone involved in overseeing litigation matters at their company.

To sign up, click on the registration link below and indicate the names and titles of the people from your company who would be interested in attending.

There is no charge for the seminar.  Parking will cost $1 per vehicle.  Directions to the PHF Conference Center can be found at http://www.phfcc.com/directions.htm
