EmployerLINC19: Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Seminar (Tulsa)

Once again, the format for this year’s McAfee & Taft EmployerLINC seminar features a morning session devoted to labor and employment law and an afternoon session devoted to employee benefits law. We’re still finalizing the agenda, but here are the general details for this year’s seminar.

The morning session will feature presentations focusing on trending topics in employment law — including medical marijuana and opioids, common wage and hour compliance mistakes, and best practices for preparing for litigation — and will conclude with an all-star panel of attorneys to answer your most frequently asked employment law questions.

The afternoon session will feature presentations focusing on such topics as using your 401(k) plans as a recruiting and retention tool and the role of benefits consultants. This session will also conclude with an all-star Q&A panel.

There is no cost to attend this seminar, but registration is required. When registering, please be sure to specify whether you will attend the morning session, afternoon session, or both. Separate HRCI and SHRM credit is available for each session. You will also have the opportunity to submit a question for our all-star panels.

Registration closes no later than noon on Monday, April 1st. Please note that priority reservations for this event will be given to clients and special guests of the firm. McAfee & Taft reserves the right to limit registration at any time. IMPORTANT NOTE: Lunch will not be provided.
