12th Annual Oklahoma Labor/Management Conference

The annual conference is designed to provide useful information to Labor, Management and those providing sound legal counsel to both sides. Information presented at the conference is material that both parties need to know to assist them in their day to day decision making. The Conference Committee, which is comprised of individuals representing management, labor, arbitrators and mediators, understands the difficulty in establishing and maintaining a good working relationship that is beneficial to both parties. For such a relationship to occur, both parties must have knowledge of those factors which affect them (i.e. mediation, arbitration and current State and Federal Laws). The annual conference attempts to provide such factual material which is presented in a non-adversarial setting.
