Speaking at the September 2017 meeting of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, McAfee & Taft ERISA lawyer Brandon Long reviews the key roles and responsibilities of retirement plan fiduciaries and discusses recent fiduciary lawsuits and what can be learned from them in order to minimize liability. The presentation also includes a review of current trends in the benefits industry, including revenue sharing and fee leveling.
