New associates join McAfee & Taft
McAfee & Taft, the state’s largest law firm, has announced that recent law school honors graduates Matthew K. Brown, Barbara Klepper and Isai Molina have joined the firm as associates.
Matt Brown is a transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate and securities. He graduated with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as articles editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, was a member of the National Trial Competition Team, and was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of Solicitors.
Barbara Klepper is a corporate attorney whose practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and business matters, including healthcare and regulatory compliance, employee benefits, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate, contract drafting and negotiations, and general business transactions. The Arlington, TX, native earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, she served on the articles committee for the Oklahoma City Law Review and was a merit scholar recipient, Academic Fellow, and member of the William J. Holloway Jr. America Inn of Court.
Isai Molina is a transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and business matters, including commercial transactions, business law, real estate and commercial lending. He graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he served as the managing editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and was an active member of Phi Delta Phi, Immigration Law Society, and the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Prior to law school, Molina worked as an investigator for the Child Protective Services Unit of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
