McAfee & Taft, the state’s largest law firm, has announced the addition of trial attorney Grace A. DeJohn to its top-ranked Labor & Employment Group. Her practice is focused on the representation of employers in all phases of labor and employment law and litigation, with much of her time being devoted to counseling clients on litigation avoidance and legal compliance on a myriad of issues arising from the employer-employee relationship.

A portion of DeJohn’s practice is devoted to general civil and business litigation.

The Arizona native earned her undergraduate degree in tourism development and management from Arizona State University in 2016 and graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2023. While pursuing her law degree, DeJohn served as president of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and was an active member of the university’s Public Interest Board, where she performed more than 60 hours of community outreach and pro bono work serving underserved and underrepresented residents in the Tulsa community.

Prior to entering law school, DeJohn worked as an executive resolution specialist and legal analyst in the consumer and employment litigation department of a publicly traded Fortune 500 online retailer.

McAfee & Taft’s Labor & Employment Group has been perennially top-ranked in Oklahoma by the publishers of the exclusive Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyer for Business since its inaugural edition.
