How to Avoid Claims of Retaliation and Whistleblowing
Retaliation claims by whistleblowers are on the rise, and it’s not just Title VII claims that should be cause for concern by employers. A number of other laws – including OSHA, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, and CERCLA – also protect whistleblowers.
