Bill Leach, a veteran trial lawyer who has tried nearly 100 cases to verdict, is joined by four distinguished Oklahoma judges in presenting “Nuts and Bolts of Civil Trial Practice” at a Tulsa County Bar CLE seminar on December 12, 2012, at the Tulsa County Bar Center.  The judicial panel is comprised of Justice Noma Gurich of the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma, Judge Jane Wiseman of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, and Judges Daman Cantrell and Rebecca Nightingale of the Tulsa County District Court.

Specific topics discussed include advocacy, game planning, jury instructions, legal writing basics, technique for hearing preparation, manners, trial themes, trial preparation, pre-trial motions and pre-trial conference, and voir dire and opening.
