McAfee & Taft elects five new shareholders for 2020

The shareholders of McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma’s largest law firm, have elected attorneys Matthew K. Brown, Jessica L. Dickerson, Barbara Klepper, Jason A. McVicker, and Isai Molina as fellow shareholders, effective January 1, 2020.  The announcement was made by managing director Michael Lauderdale.

Matthew K. Brown, a 2012 honors graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, is a corporate, securities and banking attorney whose practice encompasses a broad range of business matters, including corporate governance, securities offerings and regulation, mergers and acquisitions, lending transactions, regulatory compliance, franchising, and contract drafting and negotiation.

Jessica L. Dickerson is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, complex business litigation, insurance defense, and products liability defense. She has represented parties in a variety of cases, including claims for breach of contract, bad faith, products liability, personal injury, and professional negligence. She is a 2006 honors graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Barbara Klepper’s practice encompasses all aspects of tax and family wealth planning as well as executive compensation and employee benefits planning and the formation and administration of tax-exempt organizations.  She is a 2012 honors graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law and holds a master of laws degree in taxation from New York University.

Jason A. McVicker is a trial lawyer whose state and federal civil litigation practice encompasses the areas of complex commercial litigation, insurance disputes, professional liability, personal injury, and high-stakes products liability defense.  He is a 2012 honors graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law and teaches Trial Practice at his alma mater.

Isai Molina, a 2012 honors graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law, is a transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and business matters, including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing of transactions, commercial lending, business contracts, and corporate governance and compliance matters.
