The shareholders of McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma’s largest law firm, have approved the re-election of managing director Michael F. Lauderdale to a third three-year term, beginning January 2022. Lauderdale joined the firm in 1990 and previously served on the board of directors and as the co-leader of the firm’s Labor & Employment Group before being elected to lead the firm in 2016.
Joining Lauderdale on the firm’s board of directors are Timothy J. Bomhoff, Jennifer H. Callahan, Stephen M. Hetrick, Henry D. Hoss, Michael J. LaBrie, and Joe C. Lewallen, Jr., all of whom were re-elected to serve for the 2021 term.
Under the leadership of this board during a year like no other, the firm addressed the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic with significant investments in technology and the development of a multi-disciplinary task force to provide clients with uninterrupted and timely assistance to navigate the legal and operational issues related to the pandemic.
