McAfee & Taft to Host Roundtable on ‘Trademark Fair Use’

McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma City’s largest law firm, will be hosting an a American Bar Association Litigation Section (Intellectual Property Litigation Committee) roundtable on the topic of “Trademark Fair Use” on Friday, January 28th, from noon to 1:30pm.

Cliff Dougherty, a shareholder with the firm’s intellectual property practice group, will moderate the discussion, and lunch will be provided by McAfee & Taft.

This will be the ABA’s first Litigation Section (Intellectual Property Litigation Committee) roundtable to be hosted in Oklahoma City.  Roundtables provide participating attorneys with informal opportunities to meet in small groups to discuss current issues.
