Medical marijuana application requirements and instructions posted

The eagerly awaited medical marijuana application requirements and instructions for each license type, along with checklists and certain other information but not the actual online applications themselves, are now posted at omma.ok.gov. According to OSDH, the application information reflects recent changes recommended by the Oklahoma Attorney General. Applications must be submitted online only. The system used to submit applications will be available by August 25, 2018. Non-refundable application fees apply, with the exception of caregiver and research license applications. Fees may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or debit card. Applicants should begin gathering the information and documentation necessary to apply online. OSDH will not begin processing an application until it is complete.
