New Developments: Collective Bargaining and Employment Law
Tony Puckett, a veteran labor and employment attorney who represents cities and towns across Oklahoma in all areas of labor relations, is a featured guest speaker at the Oklahoma Municipal League‘s annual employment law seminar held at the Professional Training & Education Center at Rose State College on July 19, 2013.
In this one-hour presentation before municipal clerks, managers, mayors, HR professionals, attorneys, department heads, and police and fire chiefs, Tony discusses new legal and legislative developments in labor and employment law, including matters involving union arbitrations, the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB),and recent state and federal court cases. He also reviews best practices for municipalities to incorporate these changes and developments into their procedures.
