Legal Issues in Higher Education Conference

Speaking at the 2018 Legal Issues in Higher Education conference sponsored by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and the OU extended campus, McAfee & Taft labor and employment attorney Nathan Whatley provides updates on a broad range of rules and regulations, practices, court decisions and agency changes affecting the workplace.  His presentation also takes a look ahead at emerging issues on the horizon.  Topics include:
