OKC Go Red for Women

McAfee & Taft was proud to sponsor the American Heart Association’s 2021 Go Red for Women luncheon at the Meinders Hall of Mirrors at the Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on October 22, 2021.  This annual event focuses on preventing heart disease and stroke by sharing stories of people impacted by cardiovascular disease and raising critically needed funds to save more lives.  Since 2004, Go Red for Women has evolved into a global movement and is a driving force in the world of health equity, accelerating science, advancing public health policy, and addressing the multitude of gender and racial gaps for women in research, healthcare and more.

McAfee & Taft shareholder Terra Parten serves on the board of directors of the Oklahoma City chapter of the American Heart Association.
