Comprising the panel of distinguished Oklahoma judges are Oklahoma Justice Noma Gurich of the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma and Judges Daman Cantrell, Jefferson Sellers and Mary Fitzgerald of the Tulsa County District Court. In their presentation, “One Year (Plus) of Oklahoma Civil Case Law,” the panel discusses new developments in Oklahoma civil case law resulting from appellate rulings decided between January 1, 2014, and May 5, 2015.
