Pipeline Integrity: Data and Records in a TVC World

American Gas Association’s Legal Forum

The American Gas Association’s Legal Forum is an intensive two-day seminar that gives participants the opportunity for in-depth discussion of gas industry issues with other member company general counsel and senior attorneys. The 35th Annual Legal Forum will focus on the impact of the changes taking place in the industry and the new legal challenges on the horizon.

In his presentation titled “Pipeline Integrity: Data and Records in a TVC World,” McAfee & Taft attorney Chris Paul provides practical advice and recommendations on "traceable, verifiable and complete" recordkeeping procedures, both to help gas operators better document their operations and maintenance procedures and to prepare in the event of an incident. He also addresses corrosion mitigation activities as well as other pipeline integrity-related operations tasks.
