Our group also has experience in establishing funding vehicles for welfare benefits, including VEBAs.

We also provide advice regarding the implementation and administration of cafeteria plans, counseling regarding aspects of COBRA and HIPAA compliance, and client assistance in integrating their health and welfare plans with Medicare and Social Security.
